When you book a ticket, make a donation or write to us, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number, and the record of what you bought or gave.
We use your details to issue your tickets, to confirm a payment, to answer a message, and to let you know about the gathering you booked. Nothing more.
Card payments are handled by Yoco on their own secure, PCI-compliant pages. Your card number is entered there and never reaches this site or our records.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that make a booking work, such as our payment and email providers.
We hold order and ticket records for as long as our accounting obligations require, then remove them. You may ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, or have it removed. Write to us and we will act on it.
