What you can expect from us when you book a seat, and what we ask of you in return.
Placeholder wording: confirm with legal before going live
A ticket is confirmed once payment has cleared. Card payments confirm immediately. Bank transfers are verified by hand, usually within 24 hours, and your tickets are issued once we have matched your reference.
Every EFT order carries a reference code. Please use it exactly as given. Without it we cannot match a transfer to an order, and your tickets will wait.
Bring your ticket, on your phone or printed. Each ticket carries a QR code that is scanned once at the door. A scanned ticket cannot be used again.
Rooms are small and seats are held for you, so tickets are not refundable as a rule. If a gathering is cancelled or moved by us, you will be offered a seat at the new date or your money back.
Line-ups can shift for reasons outside our hands. A change of artist is not on its own grounds for a refund. If the evening cannot go ahead at all, we will tell you directly.
These are listening rooms. We may ask anyone whose behaviour spoils the evening for the people around them to leave, without a refund.
Donations are voluntary and are not refundable. They do not buy a ticket or reserve a seat.
